How to Make mendoan

     HOW TO MAKE MENDHOAN 
material

500 grams tempeh, sliced thin wide
250 grams of cake flour
400 ml of water
2 scallions, finely sliced
cooking oil

Fine seasonings

3 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon coriander
1 cm kencur

Materials Tengis Sambal sauce (mix evenly)

5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 pieces of red chili sauce, mashed
1/8 teaspoon salt
